This private apartment is located in a community downtown Durham where neighbors really care about one another. There are 3 units in the building, and this one is completely private. I’ve lived in this spot for the last 4 or 5 years, and I LLLLOOVVVVEEDDD it. Natural light is fabulous. Walkable to Farmer’s market, downtown, etc. Parking included. Incredible vibe in the neighborhood.
